HOW TO SET UP A COMPANY & WORK LEGALLY IN THAILAND
Full process for foreign entrepreneurs setting up a Thai majority company and converting from a Tourist to Non-B Visa in-country.
OFFICE OR BUSINESS LEASE
Secure a compliant lease (real office or registered address). This is legally required to register your company and later apply for a visa or work permit.

COMPANY REGISTRATION
